The purpose of the seminar

The goals of a seminar: modernization of researches in sphere of the information law and telecommunication law. Construct of recommendations, offers, decisions on separate questions in theoretical and practical spheres of legal regulation.

Registration

Registration. For participation in a seminar it is necessary to be registered. The status of the registered participant is different with any internet surfers. Participant has right: to send messages, to right reports, to ask, to do any comments. Reports in the form of separate articles will be published in the electronic format (partially on the site) and sent to the registered (exactly) participants (complete). You can also take part in editor’s jobs (like a sponsor). Interested persons can bring in a sponsor's payment. Also, translation, printed materials (books of seminar) will be offered participants after the advance payment.

Subjects of the seminar

The subjects of a seminar are determined by a moderator, participants and sponsors. The subjects are distributed on two basic sections. Distribution is made in process of receipt and to the discretion of participants.

Theoretical researches. In this part it is offered to discuss the following questions: Terms and conditions of the telecommunication law. A subject and a method of the telecommunication law. Principles of the telecommunication law. The legal facts in telecommunication sphere. Telecommunication relations. Training and improvement of professional skill on a direction the telecommunication law. The list not exhaustive. But the basic direction should be clear.

The telecommunication legislation ( practice). In this part it is offered to discuss the following questions: Legislation (regulations) in sphere of telecommunications. Access to telecommunications. Access to the information. Connection of telecommunication networks. The responsibility in telecommunication sphere.
