About the project

Website Telecommunications Law conceived as a platform to sustain interest in the problems of Information Law and Telecommunications Law. The site is supported by Y. Volkov – Docent (Associate Professor) of Information Law department of Ural State Law Academy – USLA. The technical support is duets by Aleksey Goryainov – Independent technical expert.

It should be noted that a separate research area telecommunications law and the law industry in Russia do not exist. Adopted by many federal laws, such as "On Communication", "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection" and regulations decrees, orders, etc.), which is traditionally referred to as the experts on the Law of communication. Several universities have included the training of lawyers in the academic disciplines Telecommunications Law.

Many developed countries in Asia, America and Europe with 80 years of the twentieth century have special laws and discipline of educational Telecommunications Law, which is mandatory for masters of law (LLM), Arts (MA), management (MBA) and technical experts. Many universities and corporations conduct scientific seminars and conferences. We collected above than 10,000 articles, books, dissertations on telecommunications law, which we plan to translate & introduce Russian readers.
